Hi there and welcome to our web site dedicated in memory of Sarah Anne James who died suddenly from a heart condition, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, aged only 23 years old. Sadly this is common. 12 - 16 apparently fit and healthy young people die every week from sudden heart complications.
Sarah had achieved so much in her short life. She was full of life and was always up for a laugh. She was the best of both worlds; she was very academic and thrived to work hard, but she also loved to let her hair down and have fun.
Sarah had graduated as a midwife just two months before she passed away not only leaving behind a job that she loved, but her family and friends too. She was a great daughter, a fantastic sister and a much loved auntie to two nieces and a nephew. She did not get to meet her other two nieces, one of which was born on June 2nd, the anniversary of Sarah’s death.
We are confident that Sarah will be watching over us and she will remain in the hearts and thoughts of loved ones always and forever.
